The James Baldwin Elite Glove is not merch. It is built on the IMB Pro Version 3 Racing Glove, a new iteration of elite sim racing glove developed over nine months by IMB Racewear in collaboration with James.

Created alongside the new IMB Pro V3 Glove platform, the Elite has been designed to bridge the gap between sim racing and real motorsport, with a clear focus on fit, durability, feel and performance.

James’ experience across elite sim racing, GT racing and Formula 1 simulator work has shaped the glove from the start. The Elite has also been extensively tested by James for performance, strength and long-session comfort, helping create a product that feels connected on the wheel and built to perform.

    • EXTENDED REINFORCEMENT IN HIGH WEAR AREAS

      The finger and thumb areas already reinforced across IMB gloves have been developed further for the Pro V3. This extended reinforcement improves durability in the areas that work hardest, helping the glove hold its shape and performance over longer term use.

    • EXTENDED RACE FIT CUFF

      The Pro V3 features a longer, more fitted cuff designed to deliver a true race glove feel. It gives better wrist coverage, a more secure fit and a cleaner motorsport inspired finish while remaining comfortable through long sessions and regular use.

    • PREMIUM DOUBLE LAYER UPPER CONSTRUCTION

      The upper part of the glove now features a premium reinforced construction with an additional breathable performance layer. This gives the glove a stronger, more durable upper section while maintaining the flexibility, airflow and comfort needed for extended use.

    The IMB Pro V3 Glove is the next evolution of our racing glove platform, shaped through months of testing, development and real feedback from our in house team and Professional Sim Racer James Baldwin, It has been created for sim racing from the ground up, not repurposed from karting, cycling or generic sportswear.

    Every detail has been considered for the way sim racers actually drive. From the refined finger fit and improved palm shape to the reinforced construction, breathable upper layer, touch compatible finger points and extended race fit cuff, the Pro V3 is built to feel precise, comfortable and durable through serious use.

    HOW TO FIND THE PERFECT FIT

    Our gloves have been tested and perfected to provide a variety of sizes and fits. If you are unsure of what size to get, follow the guide below to find the size that will fit your hand perfectly.

    • Measuring around your hand:

      Measure around the widest part of your hand - between your finger and thumb. Don't pull the tape measure too tight - allow the tape to wrap comfortably around as this is how tight the glove will end up being made.

    • Measuring your hand length:

      For the hand length measurement, make sure you measure from the top of your middle (or longest) finger down to the lowest crease of your wrist.

    • Grab a tape measure or a piece of string and measure your dominant hand.

      Use a soft tailor's tape measure to accurately measure around your dominant hand - this ensures the best fit for both hands, not just one.

    • Please use - where possible - vector format (.ai, .svg, .pdf etc) for your logos, any designs or shapes, and include these assets when ordering - You can upload these (please compress all files into a .zip or .rar file) on the product page.

    • As with all printing, please be aware that the colour space for templates should be CMYK and not RGB. Any designs sent in RGB will be converted to CMYK but you will get to, as with all designs, confirm your mock-up before anything is sent to production.

    • If however you want your gear created by one of our designers who will take all the information you provide during the order process to make your gloves for you, that's always an option too - no extra or hidden costs!
