At IMB, we want you to love your sim racing boots and gloves just as much as we love making them. That’s why we put a lot of care into every stitch, every seam, and every detail to make sure they perform brilliantly, feel great, and last the distance. We are confident in what we make, and we have got your back with our warranty so you can shop with total peace of mind.
When you buy from our official website, you’re covered for 60 days from the date of delivery for any defects in materials or workmanship, or if something’s not performing as it should under normal use. This coverage is just for the original purchaser and can’t be transferred to someone else.
If there’s an issue like a manufacturing fault in the stitching, materials, or build, or anything that affects how the product’s meant to perform, we will make it right. Just keep in mind we can’t cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper care, or any repairs or modifications that weren’t done by us.
Send us an email at hello@imb.store with your order number, some photos, and a quick description of the problem. Our team will take a look, and if the warranty applies, we will arrange a replacement at our discretion.
We put a lot of care into making your gear, and most of our items are custom made just for you. That means once they are in production, they can’t be returned as they have been built to your exact specs.
For any non custom items, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Return shipping costs aren’t included, so you will just need to cover that part.
If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days, and the payment will be sent back to your original payment method. Easy as that.
