Terms and Conditions

IMB Race Clothing LTD trading as IMB Racewear, company no. 16472793, registered office: 143 Burton Road, Lincoln, LN1 3LN, email: hello@imb.store, website: https://imb.store.

1. About these terms. These terms apply to consumer purchases made through imb.store. If you are buying mainly for business, team, resale or commercial use, we may agree separate terms with you.

2. Orders and contract. Product listings, prices and lead times on the site are invitations to order, not binding offers. Your order is accepted only when we send you an order confirmation email. Please check your order details carefully, including sizing, personalisation, delivery details and any artwork approval.

3. Custom and personalised goods. Many IMB products are made to order or personalised to your specification. You are responsible for making sure names, numbers, logos, colours, sizes, artwork and other instructions you provide are correct, and that you have permission to use any logo, image or other content you supply. Once you approve a mock-up or artwork and production has started, changes or cancellation may not be possible.

4. Product descriptions. We aim to describe and photograph products accurately, but colours, scale and finish may vary slightly between screens, mock-ups and the finished item. Minor variations that do not materially affect the product are not faults.

5. Price and payment. Prices shown at checkout include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges, taxes and any other charges shown at checkout form part of the total price. Payment must be made in full at checkout unless we agree otherwise in writing.

6. Production and delivery. Estimated production and delivery times shown on the site are guides unless we specifically agree a fixed date with you. For custom orders, lead times normally run from final artwork approval. We will use reasonable efforts to deliver within the stated time frame and, unless a different period is agreed, within 30 days of contract formation.

7. International orders. We ship internationally to the locations made available at checkout. For orders delivered outside the UK, import duties, local taxes and customs charges may apply unless the checkout, shipping page or delivery option states that these are included or handled locally.

8. Your right to cancel. If you buy a non-personalised item as a consumer, you can cancel within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason. This change-of-mind right does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised for you. To cancel, email us with your order details and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.

9. Returns of non-custom goods. If you cancel a non-custom order, you must send the goods back within 14 days of telling us. Unless the item is faulty or not as described, return postage is your responsibility. We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the goods.

10. Faulty, damaged or mis-described goods. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. If goods are faulty, damaged, not fit for purpose or not as described, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, details of the issue and photos where helpful. We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by law, which may include repair, replacement, refund or another appropriate remedy.

11. Our use of product images. If you do not want a completed product, design or team item featured in our marketing, please tell us in writing before production starts. Otherwise, we may use non-confidential images of completed work for portfolio, promotional or social media purposes.

12. Liability. We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our negligence. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

13. Privacy. How we collect, use and protect personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. Our website terms, returns policy and privacy policy should be read together.

14. Governing law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute may be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales, unless consumer law allows you to bring a claim in another part of the UK where you live.
